Dr. Richard Hesby’s practice, Bedford Orthodontics,
specializes in orthodontic treatment for children
and adults. Its mission is to provide you the highest
quality of orthodontic care in a friendly, comfortable,
and professional environment. Dr. Hesby uses the
latest technological advances in the industry, such as
Invisalign, Incognito braces (braces bonded behind
the teeth), and clear braces, along with the latest in
digital radiographic imaging and advanced computer
graphics to ensure the most effective care possible.
Dr. Hesby is a board certified orthodontist and a
Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontists.
He is a graduate of the University of Iowa College
of Dentistry where he also received his specialty
training in orthodontics. Dr. Hesby served in the
United States Navy as a general dentist on an
aircraft carrier and prior to his career in dentistry,
he served as a nuclear engineer on submarines. He
earned a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry from the
University of Michigan.
Dr. Hesby lives in southern NH with his wife
and two daughters. He is an avid tennis player and
enjoys photography, golf, traveling, and collecting
vintage Hawaiiana, surfing, and travel memorabilia,
which he displays in his office.
