In 1998, Genetti’s Package store became
Genetti’s Wine & Spirits under the new ownership
of Andrew Borella. Taking on the new challenges
of ownership in a business we had no knowledge
of was interesting to say the least. But with the
help of the manager, Christina Baron, we were able
to renovate the store and install state-of-the-art
inventory management and security. We also began
to offer an entirely new line of quality and value
products keyed to our clientele’s tastes.
I myself come from an engineering management
background with experience in project management.
I grew up in Lexington and lived in Carlisle for 30
years. I was a patron of Genetti’s Package Store
long before I was an owner.
Christina Baron brings with her a corporate
security background with accounting and staffing
expertise. She has an excellent sense of business and
merchandising, all key traits for a successful business.
We at Genetti’s wish to thank the people of
Bedford and the surrounding communities for
16 years of loyal patronage. We look forward to
providing a line of high quality wines and spirits for
the coming holidays.

Get In Shape For Women opened its Bedford
doors with a vision to create much more than a
women’s gym. Our mission is to create a complete
fitness program combining cardio and weight
training with nutrition information for a healthy diet
and accountability through personal trainers.
The four components of our program are:
1. Weight Training to increase muscle tone,
bone density, and resting metabolism as well as
prevent injury. Turn your body into a “fat burning
inferno”. By gaining 5 lbs of muscle, you will burn
approximately 2,000 calories a week from weight
training and its metabolic response.
2. Cardio to accelerate fat & calorie burning,
lower blood pressure and heart rate, increase your
good cholesterol, and get you and your heart in
shape. Expect to burn an additional 600 calories a
week from our interval cardio training.
3. Nutrition to create a customized meal-plan to
help you reach your goals.
4. Accountability - You need to be held
accountable by someone other than yourself. We
will check your weight weekly and body fat monthly
to make sure you are on track.
