Cormier Law, LLC is a general practice
law firm focused on trust and estate law,
predominantly in the areas of estate planning
and administration, trust and estate litigation,
elder law, and probate practice, as well as

The mission at Cormier Law, LLC, is to

For the creation of most estate documents,
billing is done on a simple flat rate. The reason
for this is simple. Your time is valuable and we
feel that you shouldn’t need to worry about
incurring a substantial fee simply for asking
for clarification or understanding. For that
reason, after the initial meeting, a quote for
services can and will be provided.
However, for certain legal services, it
may be necessary to bill on an hourly rate.
Generally, this applies for any and all litigation
matters or where excessive travel may be
required in order to effectuate an estate plan.
